Job Description:In this role, YOU will be managing the entire software development life cycle of a Microsoft D365 solution from presales through implementation.Role & Responsibilities: Demonstrate expert understanding of the CRM solution and how to work with prospect and clients on building a conceptual design based on solicited requirements and best practicesEngage with sales and leadership team members from Microsoft to identify and execute strategy for the implementation team for successParticipate and lead analysis and design sessions to capture functional and technical requirements related to clients sales, marketing, service, and operational needsAdvise clients and prospects on digital transformation approaches for solving business needs using CRM solution or related technologies You will lead and manage client projects through all phases of the project.Estimate and delegate system configuration/customization instructions based on identified design and platform best practicesAssign tasks as appropriate to consultants; review their work for accuracy and thoroughness You will be leading sessions with clients to demonstrate completed features.Identify, hire, and develop team members capable of delivering Salesforce implementation projects.Evaluate and identify other potential needs for a client Assist in R&D capacity to understand the needs of the market and design solutions to meet those needsSupport business development efforts through scoping, configuring, and demonstrating solution and other digital transformation strategiesSkills & Qualifications:6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM and related technologiesExperience leading Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM implementation operations 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM implementations, defining business requirements, business process management and client relationship management.Project Management ExperienceHands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics product suite, including D365 and Power Platform Expert level understanding of logical data modeling Demonstrated ability to implement tools and strategies to ensure a high standard of quality controlExcellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: Unlimited PTO BonusMedical, dental and more
