SummaryWe are looking for a Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Architecture to join a fast-paced, innovative, and highly visible team building data-driven digital solutions. This position will provide the ownership, leadership, knowledge as well as the vision of the BI and Data Architecture operations. This position reports to the company VP of IT.Key Responsibilities:Lead the BI report and dashboard development project lifecycle using Agile methodologyLead the continuing architecture improvement of data platformsDevelop and execute BI & Data Architecture program roadmapCreate a data-centric environment that allows for empowerment of data across the organizationInteract closely with cross-functional business stakeholders at all levels in aligning report demands and priorities.Translate business requirements to viable and measurable reporting projectsResponsible for project deliverable meeting stakeholder expectationsOrganize the company Business Intelligence Steering Committee.Provide subject matter expertise to business stakeholdersServe as an advisor to the company leadershipAll other duties as assignedQualifications:A doer with a high focus on key results and customer valueExcellent verbal and written communications skills - able to develop routine dialogue with senior management including C-Suite leadersBachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields3+ years' experience in high-volume manufacturing industries3+ years' experience in managing data architecture, especially cloud data platforms, preferably Azure Synapse10+ years' experience in data analytics with at least 5 years in a managerial roleExperience in team building, mentoring, and coachingStrong Agile project management skillsExcellent business acumenExperience of utilizing reporting visualization application packages like PowerBI, Tableau, DomoStrong knowledge of SQL, relational DB, data API and data ETLPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields3+ years' experience in the CPG industryStrong knowledge of data governanceKnowledge of AI and MLPMP certificate
