Data Analyst - MidlandsAre you a talented analyst looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work for a growing, ambitious, innovative, expanding company? The RoleThis role is varied with a wide range of responsibilities, the main responsibilities this role will entail:Create reports and dashboards.Interrogate data to understand any patterns.Work closely with the Marketing and Insights teams.Types of Data - Sales data, Survey data, KPI data, Digital Clicks, Membership data.Main Skill-SetWe are looking for a good mix of the below skills, (not necessarily all of the below):SQL - writing code to query the database, create segmentation's and personas, using different functions, simple sums, complicated ranks, complicated queries with CTEs, stored procedures.Power BI - creating dashboards, reports & visualisationsExcel Desired Skill-SetThese are skills that would be an added bonus if you had them, (it is not compulsory for the role, if you have them - great, but if not you will be given the chance to develop these skills over time):Python - code, build modelsMust HavesTo be successful, it is essential you have the following:2+ years' experience working with SQLExcellent communication: clear, concise and articulatePassion for technology and self-learning to advance your own career.Benefits PackageYou will be awarded the following benefits package:Base Salary - From £30,000 to £40,000 per annum(this is a wide range, what you are offered is completely dependent on your skill level which is assessed on your CV and through your Interview process)Life AssuranceDiscountsVolunteer DaysPlus so much more… (please enquire for more details)OtherWorking Location - Hybrid - Ideally once a week in the office.
