Marketing Operations Manager (Pardot) - London - up to £70,000 + 10% bonusAs the Marketing Operations Manager, you will have responsibility to drive and develop how Pardot is being utilised across this global technology business. The company are looking for someone to take ownership of the automation system, drive adoption of the platform and ensure the best optimisation between Pardot and Salesforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the MarTech stack and have the autonomy to make lasting change. Reporting into the Global Had of Marketing, and working closely with the c-suite, you will play a pivotal role in driving the capabilities of Pardot across the organisation - working with various teams across the business to enhance its use. Further to this, you will utilise your strong automation experience within a B2B setting, owning automated and personalised campaigns to drive engagement and improve campaign performance. You will also capitalise on your strong experience using engagement studio to drive lead nurturing campaigns and build effective lead scoring/grading processes. As well as this, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of digital channels such as the website and SEO, working on execution and strategy. Key skills:Marketing Automation experience and building out automated campaigns (Pardot).Stakeholder ManagementExperience using Salesforce as a CRM Engagement studio to track lead nurturingLead scoring/grading Strong analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLsDigital Marketing experience (website, SEO etc).
