As a Senior Scrum Master, working across complex multi-team deliveries, you will champion Agile processes and enable our teams to deliver critical software systems. This is an ideal opportunity to build on your expertise as an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent) in a challenging new environment. 

You'll be experienced in the following:

Working as a Scrum Master or facilitator of Agile teams within Agile software development environments.

Agile best practice and Lean techniques, including Scrum and Kanban.

Agile tools and techniques such version control, collaboration, issue and task management, continuous integration, TDD and BDD.

Planning and project management within Agile environments across the full IT delivery cycle.

Software delivery methodologies and practices such as ITIL and software architecture.

 In addition to being skilled in:

Communicating with and influencing with diverse audiences and individuals, both in person and in writing.

Facilitating and encouraging participatory decision-making and constructive conflict resolution.

Coaching and training both team members and product owners
