You'll be able to cut through the noise and quickly make sense of complex issues, offering insightful analysis and recommendations for change. You'll be comfortable working with our technology delivery teams to ensure customer and stakeholder needs are at the core of our decision-making.

You'll also be part of a successful Business Analysis team, working together, sharing knowledge and experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Our aim is to become an example of public service excellence in the technology and data domain.

You'll be experienced in the following:

Sharing knowledge, experience, and expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Eliciting and documenting business processes and requirements, ensuring customer and stakeholder needs are met, while continuing to push for excellence and innovation.

Working throughout the technology project lifecycle in Agile and Waterfall environment

Technology-based procurement projects that have large scale impacts on every part of a business.

In addition to being skilled in:

Problem solving and striving for continuous improvement and efficiencies wherever you spot an opportunity to do so.

Applying your understanding of Business Analysis techniques and attention to detail to produce business requirements and process documentation, feasibility studies and options analysis.

Communicating complex information in a clear and engaging manner to stakeholders across the business and manage expectations.
