Product Designer (UI/UX)London
£65,000 per annum
Company client is working with an exciting Studio who are looking for a Product Designer to join their award winning Design team. You will be getting stuck in on a variety of exciting client projects as well as helping us grow and manage the Design team and our design processes. The team work on the entire digital product journey, from branding to wireframes, through to design prototypes, high-fidelity designs, front & backend development. The team also work with their clients on mobile app development and ongoing product optimisation & strategy.
Key Responsibilities for the Product Designer:
* You will create impactful and highly engaging user journeys, wireframes and UI designs
* Help to establish new standards for our UX design practices, user testing and CRO analysis
* Champion accountability to goals and deadlines across the team, proactively communicating project status through reports, meetings, and ad hoc communications.
* Work with business co-founders to define project scopes and be involved in key project pitches.
* Lead and manage the design teams and processes to help the company reach the next level of their growth
Key skills for the Product Designer
* Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, and other industry-standard design management tools.
* Proficient with prototyping tools and methodologies including Principle, Flinto, Framer, and After Effects.
* High level knowledge of UX best practices, user research tools, site mapping etc.
* Highly confident with Mobile apps and mobile app interfaces
* Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.
