2nd Line Support Engineer-Hybrid-Glagow-up to £28,000 We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join one of our well-established clients. This full-time support role is based in Glasgow and offers a salary of up to £28,000.This client is a global law firm founded in the 1800s based in the heart of London. They cater for a number of clients across the globe with several legal advice across different industries.They are massively growing the IT side of the business as part of their digital transformation with a number of hires across the M365 and Azure sectors. The company has also adopted a hybrid working policy and they would like the ideal candidate to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.The role overview:Be the point of contact and escalation for the general service desk teamProblem and incident management across the teamMonitor the Microsoft 365 environment through Teams, SharePoint and OfficeProvide 1st and 2nd Line Support Key qualifications and skills needed:Experience managing a Microsoft environmentAdministration of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory PowerShellKnowledge of Microsoft Azure Interviews are already taking place with a quick turnaround process!
