Senior / Lead QA Software Tester Remote to £70k

Senior / Lead QA Software Tester (Manual Automation SQL API) *Remote*. Are you a talented QA Software Tester who has solid API testing and SQL skills? Do you want a role that offers great autonomy and variety on top of an excellent work life balance?

As a Senior / Lead QA Software Tester, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining manual test suites and thoroughly executing tests on the cloud-based SaaS platform to ensure the team produces and releases high quality software products. Day to day you will work closely with your engineering squad to plan and implement manual testing (including black box and regression testing), API testing, and database level testing using SQL. As this is a lead role, you will work across other engineering squads suggesting ways of improving engineering processes and best practises. The company will be implementing automation testing within the next 6- 12 months which you will be heavily involved in.

This is a fully remote role allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. Alternatively, you can be based in the Nottingham offices.

Requirements:

You are an experienced Lead Test Analyst who has extensive API testing and Manual testing experience

You have strong SQL skills for database testing

You have had some experience of Automation testing (ideally C#) adding and executing tests in an existing test framework

You have ideally worked on a SaaS platform previously

You have strong problem-solving skills

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
