This is because they're having a significant push and investment into their CRM and Data teams as they know that technology is what supports and drives the overall business. In this role, you will be reporting into their Senior Business Analyst and is aligned to the wider CRM and Data teams. Role and Responsibilities - Analyse and interpret business needs into technology solutions Define and present business requirementsSupport project implementation and handover of new solutionsWorking with key business stakeholders and the technical teams Working on business and systems analysis for large projects Working n a product ownership capacity, managing backlogs and enhancements for different business areasA focus on taking ownership of their ETL backlog Key Skills - We're looking with someone with a good mix of the below skills - Very strong analytical skills - ability to understand and be responsive to customer needsExperience working in an analytical Business Analyst or product owner role within a project environmentKnowledge of BA techniques and methodologies (eg. process mapping, experience design, user stories)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with ETL tools are not essential but may be beneficial (such as Informatica etc.) Salary and Benefits - This role pays up to £65,000 (depending on skills and experience)Remote working - we're looking for someone to travel to the London office 2-3 days per week Flexible working policiesCareer progression pathways And much more!
