Our client is a well known ecommerce company that are rapidly growing into the global market. They deal with retails in high quality designer furniture and furnishings. They are now looking to strengthen their team by adding an experienced shopify developer.
The client is well on track to becoming a large global brand which means there is huge potential for progression for anyone who applies for this position. They have invested heavily into their systems and infrastructure No two days will be the same. They are highly experienced in ecommerce, brimming with ideas and enthusiasm, and incredibly excited about what the future will bring.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the development and modification of their shopify plus team.You will integrate third party apps. Integrate between shopify and ERP systems.Creating responsive website designs, Working with version control systemsHandling multiple projects at the same time.Transforming complex PSD files into pixel-perfect presentation layer HTML5/CSS3 templates
Skills:
Must have 2 years’ experience with shopify. Strong knowledge of shopify plus.Expertise in theme development and customisation.Experience with shopify JW API’s (Storefront, AJAX cart, sections etc)Proven expertise in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript/ECMA Script ?Expertise in JavaScript libraries (eg: jQueryStrong understanding of cross platform compatibility issues , responsive web design techniques , W3C web standards/semantics and accessibility guidelinesThe ability to multi-task, and the drive and energy to consistently deliver on time and within budget.
Desired:
Shopify certification.PHP/MySQL and AJAXKnowledge on SCSS.
