Our Data & Digital (D&D) function is seeking an outstanding Senior Manager - Business Change to be a pivotal member of a growing team. You will work as part of the new D&D Business Relationship Management team and be responsible for leading the design and delivery of digitally enabled business change across the Restoration & Renewal (R&R) programme. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to diagnose change requirements and define desired outcomes to shape business cases. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of business change, designing change strategies and providing business change expertise and consultancy for colleagues, driving change readiness across R&R. You'll take responsibility for the creation and delivery of change communication and training so digital change lands successfully and delivers expected benefits. Your work will directly impact the business value delivered from new and existing digital services. You will be instrumental in creating a collaboration culture and driving digital maturity across the whole organisation. To be successful in your application you will have demonstrable experience of initiating, planning and leading complex people change management initiatives including assessing change readiness and capacity, have experience of implementing change to support iterative/agile working and have a recognised change management qualification.
