Your roleIn the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required5+ years of experience and strong knowledge in JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3, ArcGIS Services, Google and various API librariesGood knowledge in PostgreSQL/PostGIS, REST/JSON and CI/CD pipelinePerform GIS data management by recommending enhancements to system.Maintain GIS database and applications by analyzing problems, suggest problem solutions, and trouble shooting.Review and recommend ITIL process improvements.Facilitate & lead testing of application changes & upgrades.Improve process quality in coordination with team members.System architecture and installation of ArcGIS Server for GIS users would be added advantageStrong Communication skill in both verbal and written (Norwegian as well as English) PreferredExperience in Agile Development is preferred, specifically in the digital spaceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to use proven problem - solving approaches to most solutionsPositive attitude, collaborative team playerIntellectual curiosity and strong willingness to learnMajor ResponsibilitiesPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidate, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
