Our Data & Digital Team are seeking an IT Continual Services Improvement Manager to join a growing team. You will be leading on improving and driving value from all our IT Services and systems our ITSM Tooling and IT Service Management processes.  Responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation, working at a strategic level on major improvements, ideas and demands across the spectrum of change which includes the tactical and simple but also valuable small improvements that can add value to process or systems. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver capability, ensure consistency, drive product goals/shared objectives, continuously improving live services and systems management. You will provide feedback and progress updates over demands and ideas by providing expert and influential advice. Managing the demand pipeline, triaging ideas from colleagues from across our business and our BRM team you will proactively examine route cause analysis reports, incident trends and use your own technical acumen to create further value and efficiencies from current, new and proposed initiatives and demands. To be successful in your application,  you'll have experience in fostering a culture of improvement and innovation within IT teams and eliciting ideas from stakeholders of all knowledge levels and seniority, and then delivering these changes.
