Our Data & Digital Team are seeking an IT Services Operations Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for leading and maintaining the operational availability of all IT Services and Systems used by the programme. You will coordinate and manage multiple suppliers and resolver groups ensuring processes and tasks are carried out efficiently. You will also take responsibility for operational delivery, restoration of services and improvements to them from a technical and process perspective. You will also perform an assurance role with regards to the Change Management process and attend the Change Advisory Board. To be successful in your application, you will have a passion for delivering robust operational IT Services through People and Technology, have experience in IT Change and Governance processes, managing a nearshore outsourced Service function and be ITIL certified with an understanding of applying it in an intelligent way.
