Business Analyst - Must be Ireland basedFully Remote 400 EUR a day 12 months Required Skills: Experience in technical business analysis Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience working with Waterfall methodologyDesirable skills: Experience using statistical and database software Consulting and project management expertise Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives Ability to understand priority and impact of issues/bugs Key responsibilities & duties include: Technical functionality/services that enable successful use of the website and apps Data Centre Migration, removal of legacy systems and code, removal of technical debt Legal updates in accordance with government mandates Manage high priority incidents using SNOW Work across all the Ops teams Analysis and understanding of AS-IS processes and functionality Documentation of TO-BE operational processes, technical functionality and compliance issues Support the Product Owner with sprint and release preparation Creation of Jira tickets Subject matter expert and point of contact with other teams for bugs and new initiatives Manage Discovery Lite workshops ensuring key resources are engaged and correct level of detail is defined Maintain key technical documentation in Confluence to support Product team Have an awareness of the other Operation teams' workloads/backlog etc.
