Job description

Ofgem's Delivery & Schemes division is responsible for the administration of various government renewable energy support schemes, with a focus on efficiency, assurance, and ensuring value for money for UK consumers. With staff based in various locations across the UK, this is a dynamic environment with an interesting programme of work scheduled for the coming years.

Ofgem is seeking to recruit talented Delivery Managers with experience of agile and scrum methodologies, change management, and programme management to support your team. Reporting to a Principal Delivery Manager you will be responsible for delivering major projects from within the project portfolio. This role will require a collaborative approach in working with colleagues both within Ofgem and with any co-sourcing partners we may be working with. This an exciting opportunity to work at the core of a motivated team, with passionate and talented colleagues delivering strategically important work for the energy sector. We use Agile project management tools to help us deliver across various fast-moving workstreams; the ability to work at pace is essential. It will also require flexibility, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues from a range of backgrounds and expertise.
