We're looking for a Product Owner for our Store Payments who will lead a medium sized team/project to ensure that the product development is delivered to customer and/all business requirements as specified. Can work within a greater multi-skilled team working in partnership with the Product Manager, Domain Architects, Delivery Engineering and Test Leads to ensure products and features are built to deliver a seamless customer experience. OmniStore code base Fixed till & SCO F/End enhancements In Store Payment types (Coupons / Loyalty / Gift Cards / POA / Payment on Delivery ) You will be able to prioritise the Product Backlog based on business value. You can translate the general Product vision into specific Product features and implement long-term planning through regular road-mapping sessions. You will prepare and lead refinements and planning within the Team. You can set sprint vision/goal and will lead the team to deliver each sprint You will be able to identify and run general business readiness tasks You will have a good working knowledge of Scrum and SAFE and understand how they work
for Kingfisher. You can roadmap multiple Products and prioritise accordingly. You constantly look to create an MVP of any release and are quick to respond to the feedback loop. You will write, own, are accountable and manage user stories and agreed acceptance criteria in
the backlog. You will set and agree KPIs. You will work with closely with designers and the SA to integrate design and technical frameworks
into the products. You may be working closely with Banner SMEs to frame the direction of the Product or Feature. You will work alongside the Scrum Masters to prioritise features to be delivered into each sprint,
co-ordinating with the Delivery Lead. You are able to take responsibility for Product roadmap. You will keep the end-user needs in mind and makes sure the
team is able meet them. You will discuss and define non-functional requirements with
the key stakeholders. You feel confident in knowing when to challenge feedback. You are good with time management and estimating deadlines. You are a vital addition to any group session and often chair the discussion. You can articulate and tailor your ideas confidently to your target audience. You are able to network with stakeholders, developers, designers
and colleagues from other disciplines. You are able to accept and build on the feedback you have received. You are confident in presenting your ideas to stakeholders. You are able to explore and articulate ideas independently. You actively prioritise tasks and are able to defend reasoning. You are not afraid to "fail fast" and defend your action We're looking for someone who is a teammate with effective social skills (verbal & written).
