We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious ICT Technical Support Officer to join our Fulfilment and Implementation Team within Education Digital Services.

The post holder will provide professional technical expertise to schools across Lancashire.  They will be responsible for implementing ICT solutions specifically relating to the education sector.

Typical duties will include:

Installation of client devices within schools (desktops, laptops, tablets).

Assisting with enterprise-wide project development and deployment tasks.

Education Digital Services provide a wide range of ICT services ranging from Broadband connectivity and web filtering, through to Anti-Virus solutions, regular on-site support and Windows Server installations.  Knowledge of the products and services relevant to the education sector would be an advantage but on the job training and mentoring will also be available.

The role will involve some travelling between school sites installing and configuring new devices and is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
