Typically, a Lab has a solid focus on complex problem solving in an agile environment where engineers are free to experiment and create innovative products which will transform the way our customers engage with us. About the role:Within this role the you will join a team who are accountable for ensuring the Digital estate is controlled and managed whilst working with external stakeholders. It will consist of driving teams to build, develops and supports LBGs systems and services whilst continually challenging, motivating, mentoring and supporting their team. This role accepts 24/7 responsibility for service availability currency and performance (not a 24/7 shift role). This is a role with a blend of both technical expertise with great passion for developing people and also includes team management tasks, including but not limited to, risk, supplier and resource management. About You:Able to work within or lead cross-disciplinary teams, providing effective and efficient support for a comprehensive and complex, high customer focused function. Supporting the group in the resolution of service related and management issues, ensuring appropriate technical prioritisation, whilst also providing contribution to strategic direction and responsibility for supplier and risk portfolio management.
