That buzz of finding an innovative solution That warm fuzzy feeling knowing you're helping bring goodness into the world That peace which comes from being cared for by actions, not just words You deserve to feel like this. Here you'd be part of a team who just won the coveted Salesforce Partner Innovation Award against 850 competitors. Oh, and this is the third time they've done that. So you'll be empowered to be a true consultant, working on Salesforce solutions spanning up to 38 countries and 600+ working days. You can really stretch your technical braincells here thanks to the scale of the projects. As an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant you're already familiar with the satisfaction gained by taking those sometimes-loose client requirements and translating those into tangible solutions. But there's always more to learn. You'll be supported with 9 days every year dedicated to upskilling you. You'll have the time and the funding towards training that you choose, ensuring that you're always improving yourself in areas which you care about. You'll be dealing with Sales and Service clouds, as well as Nonprofit Cloud/Success Pack and get to implement solutions across the full lifecycle, including configuration of Salesforce Lightning if that's within your skillset. You'll be working for a Salesforce consultancy who are THE experts in helping nonprofits. You don't have to be a nonprofit expert personally, as long as you've had some exposure to working with a nonprofit at some point. Whether the cause near-and-dear to you lies with saving the children, saving the planet, saving the animals, feeding the hungry, curing illness, supporting the disabled, or creating equality there will be a project here which can be close to your heart. You'll be pleased to hear that they don't just help nonprofits with Salesforce solutions, but also put their money where their mouth is, having donated over £60,000 this year to local charities chosen by staff. The giving back still doesn't stop there, with the company giving you 3 volunteering days on top of your annual leave and matching charitable donations you make through your salary. Despite this, don't expect all nonprofit projects to be a lovely fluffy world. There can be challenging timelines and it can often be more difficult to get resources from a client perspective. But you'll be supported by a team of people who genuinely care. Who have a very structured approach, tried & tested methodologies, and who treat this as a calling, not just a job. You'll experience a terrific onboarding program, mentoring sessions which can focus on private or professional development and of course all the life, dental, medical, income protection and mental health provision you'd expect from a people-focused business. This is a fully remote role, but you have to be prepared for that very rare occasion when a client might need you to conduct discovery workshops in-person. Despite sometimes dealing with global organisations, you'll always stick to normal UK business hours and never ever be expected to do out-of-hours meetings. They've been homeworking since before the pandemic, so you'll be trusted and not overworked. The salary on offer is up to £80,000 for a 37.5hr week, with 5% pension. You get 24 days holiday, but with the option to purchase up to 5 more days. If you'd like more information please apply, or drop me (Seth Bland) a message on LinkedIN, Don't worry if you haven't got an updated CV, just reach out and we'll see if this opportunity is right for you.
