The new business model has enabled Trust Payments to establish itself as a leading Fintech Payments group.Senior QA Automation Engineer - The Role:- Hands on experience developing and maintaining Automated Tests for Services & UI by using appropriate tools such as Selenium- Experience writing automated tests by using BDD framework with tools such as Cucumber- A good understanding of design principles and writing clean test code- Experience in developing test solutions and testing software in Java / Python languages- Experienced in working CI/CD pipeline environment- A passion to improve processes, tool, methodologies & overall quality of the product- A strong foundation in testing enterprise software systems- Understanding of testing concepts, methodologies & processes- Work closely with developers, product team & BAs to define & develop the best possible test solutions- Define & implement processes & best practices related to test automation- Ensuring defects are raised as per the defect management process by using tools such as Jira- Raising any test automation compliance issues to the test manager- Work with the test manager & project teams to develop & maintain automated functional & regressions tests in line with defined scripting standards- An understanding of the software product development lifecycle & test processesSenior QA Automation Engineer - Key Responsibilities:- Maintain & improve the automated test framework- Create new automated tests & investigate test failures- Triaging discovered defects with the product owner and team- Write automated tests following BDD framework & provide input to the developers for unit level tests- Investigate any defects reported by stakeholders / end users & support the team to find the root cause & get the right fixes-Perform manual / exploratory testing against new features- Work closely with the team to sign-off on the quality of new releases following the Agile release pattern- Attend team retrospectives & workshops to ensure continual improvements- Define & add new test cases into different automated test packs. Capture test results & defects- Understand business requirements & processes to define test plans with continuous review of scope & testability of all requirements- Provide test estimations & testing approach to the PO and teamSenior QA Automation Engineer - You:- Bright, highly self-motivated and driven with a professional and positive approach- Ability to work independently, mentor & collaborate with team members- Experience in overall testing of 8 years or above- Experienced in API testing framework such as rest assured- Experienced in programming languages (Java/ Python)- Experienced using Cucumber to write test cases in feature files by using gherkin language- Experienced in CI tools (Jenkins, Gitlab Pipelines) from testing configuration aspect - Ability to solve problems quickly and completely- Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a dynamic work environment- Ability to work independently, mentor & collaborate with team members- Passionate about software test development, with a general thirst for technology & interest in new testing tools & methodologiesSenior QA Automation Engineer - Benefits:- 100% paid medical care for yourself and eligible family members-  Company pays 6% into 401k after 6 month probation, regardless of whether employee contributes- 20 vacation days- 10 paid Holidays- Plenty of autonomy- Life Insurance -4x annual salary up to $250k without health questionnaire up to $500k with health assessment- Available Dental and vision plan -paid by employee- Excellent opportunities for progressionWe understand the value that a diverse and inclusive working environment brings to TruPayMe.
