About the roleClient relationships and interactions with their customers and potential new customers are crucial to meeting the goal of having and keeping industry-leading customer satisfaction. As new Product Owner for CRM (global), you'll be responsible for implementing, integrating, and innovating on the tools and processes the client uses to manage customer interactions, from lead to customer support. Since you are part of the global IT team, occasional travel to our office in Stockholm - this would equate to around 2 days per week.There are two roles available here. Both need to be Salesforce experts. The current Salesforce system is about 4 years old, set up almost piece by piece. They now need someone to come in to help add a lot of structure, help reduce errors whilst working with the business applications team (everything CRM).About the jobAs Product Owner you will help define and deliver the roadmap for CRM. You will:Manage the product backlog and drive (agile) sprints and projectsEngage stakeholders effectively and help them automate our key processesCompose epics, user stories and acceptance criteria's, covering not only happy pathsEnsure that our CRM tech stack is state of the art. Be our CRM architect and expertSecure excellent CRM operations and supportWho you areYou have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or similar and at least 5 years' experience in similar positions or with a CRM consultancy firm. You are:Experienced and/or certified within Salesforce solutions. CPQ skills is an advantageExperienced CRM product owner, CRM architect and/or CRM project managerA strategic planner with the ability to innovate, motivate and draw the bigger pictureA true team player with leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsHigh understanding of business process development and master dataStructured and analytical with attention to details, see solutions rather than problems and effectively prioritize and execute tasks Please note: A valid EU working permit is required for this position.
