Excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Civils or Utilities to join an ambitious and dynamic company, in a pivotal role working on prestigious projects contributing towards a greener future.

This market leading organisation specialise in the design and delivery of district heating projects and are passionate about contributing to a sustainable future. They are going from strength to strength and have seen great success in recent times with exciting projects on the horizon.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing district network heating projects around the South East, particularly around London. This will involve managing H&S on site ensuring procedures are in place and standards are adhered to, consistent communication with clients, stakeholders and colleagues, commercial management, and managing on-site teams and designers. The role is site-based with no remote working.

The role would suit an established Project Manager with a background in the Utilities or Civils sector. Experience working on district heating networks, large pipework projects, or a background working on streetworks / highways is extremely advantageous. Candidates should have SMSTS, excellent knowledge of H&S, and good commercial awareness of projects.

The Role:

*Daily management of district heating network projects

*Responsible for ensuring H&S is adhered to throughout projects

*Communication with clients and stakeholders throughout all stages

*Programme commercial management

*People management - on-site engineers, site supervisors, designers

*Site-based role in the South East, mostly across London

The Person:

*Strong experience as a Project Manager

*Background in Civils, Utilities (large pipework projects) or district heating

*Experience working in a streetworks or highways environment is advantageous

*Excellent commercial awareness

*Able to communicate effectively to clients, stakeholders and colleagues

*Full UK Driving License
