CRM Analyst A fresh and exciting chance has arisen for a CRM Analyst to become part of a growing team that helps the one of UK's largest charities.

As a CRM Analyst, you will assist in the development, documentation, and optimization of the best use of IT systems to ensure the integrity and value of data processes. This is a critical position within the Information Systems team, supporting our exciting programme of data development projects and new data system adoption. You will become an expert with Dynamics 365, working towards certification in Microsoft Dynamics. Skills that are required for the CRM Analyst are:High degree of ICT literacyGreat Understanding of CRM.Knowledge of implementation.A good understanding of systems.
