Your work will have a massive impact, both on us as a company, as well as our clients and our business partners around the world SUMMERY OF ROLE/JOB DESCRIPTION - The Senior Delivery Manager role is for an experienced, disciplined, delivery-focused, and pro-active Lead who has demonstrated execution of a digital product business in a scaled agile delivery framework. The Senior Delivery Manager will be able to coach squads, resolve complex problems and enable highly skilled, cross-functional teams. You'll be working with product teams responsible for delivering products across Europe. You'll also be supported by a Principle Delivery Lead who will oversee the Tribe. Responsibilities: Accountable for initiative level planning and alignment, data based forecasting, reporting, and identifying and resolving program level risks, dependencies, impediments and blockers. Responsible for end-to-end delivery quality, managing the flow of work across several delivery squads, the impact of dependencies, and progress towards key deliveries within and across squads Enable continuous improvement and high quality outcomes through the application of Agile methodologies, as well as analysing and improving the squads by acting on metrics Support Principle Delivery Leads in the successful project delivery, collaborating within a team of Delivery Leads Communicate to a wide range of stakeholders and client teams, aligning them to the delivery strategy and ensuring shared understanding of reporting and desired outcomes Influence Squads to adopt Lean/Agile practices and improve ways of working with pragmatism Become a trusted advisor the technical and product leads collaborating with them to deliver business and user value Skills/ Qualifications should include: Delivered a range of digital products to customers using Lean/Agile methodologies, including with Kanban Led and supported multidisciplinary teams that have included designers, testers, developers and product managers Bring a history of championing Lean/Agile ways of working, adapting to delivery frameworks and recommending improvements without being dogmatic Managed and worked within budgets and time-pressured environments Used delivery data to forecast key deliverables and communicate a project's status clearly with senior clients and stakeholders Proactively spotted risks to delivery and helped teams mitigate them Great facilitation, diplomacy and negotiation skills Ideally experience of the Atlassian toolset Jira and Confluence When you work at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you're not just working at a global financial institution.
