Job Description You will be responsible for leading our global team of Process Designers - main responsibilities include: Lead a team through the identification, design and delivery of the business processes required to support new product lines, customer segments and markets Attract, train, manage and develop a high performing, diverse and inclusive team Build a best-in-class process design discipline; researching and embedding best practices, setting design standards, and identifying opportunities to challenge, improve and iterate our approach Collaborate with Product and Operations to identify opportunities for efficiency, agree prioritisation calls and input to design decisions You will be a creative and enthusiastic advocate for our customers and colleagues, keeping them front of mind throughout Qualifications Must have - Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience; including hiring, managing and developing individual contributors Must have - Expert practitioner of process design, with a minimum of 10 years of experience gained in the specialism Great to have - Deep understanding of the European retail banking market; including the competitive landscape, customer needs and expectations, and regulatory regimes Great to have - Lean Six Sigma Certified If you feel like your skills are a good fit for what we require and are interested in being part of a new digital banking business which is being built within one of the biggest and most successful financial services organisations in the world then please apply now.
