Product Developer - Wealth We seek an experience Product Developer/Manager to join our team, focused on developing our retail wealth management services: Key responsibilities will include: Build an experience product Scope, design and implement development and discovery techniques with a goal of understanding the target user pain-points, needs and desires. Form part of the team defining product requirements with the ability to provide product feature recommendations based off of analysis Demonstrate the ability to use qualitative user insights and quantitative data to back up assumptions and develop business case Define product requirements and be part of the team providing overall Transaction Banking product development, and soft launch of the product. Your capabilities: Experience in deconstructing existing products and reconstructing them for the future Understanding that as a product owner you are the advocate of the user Developing ability to clearly communicate product needs and intent Experience in developing solutions for wealth, asset management, trading or similar Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities / deadlines without compromising quality Developing ability to incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process Must be capable of independent decision-making as well as able to take direction About Us J.P.
