Accountable to the Head of Business Intelligence, the Senior Information Manager for NonElective & Community Care supports in overseeing all aspects of analytical provision and
expertise to support non-elective performance management and the development of
improvement plans.
The post holder will build strong relationships with the operational divisions and corporate
support teams to support delivery of non-elective performance. The post holder will act as a
link between the operational teams and the business intelligence tea, using data to provide
high quality analysis of performance and help operational and clinical teams develop plans
for improvement and address under-performance.
The post holder is responsible for providing accurate, timely and consistent information and
analysis to support management decision making across the Trust enabling high quality
clinical care and ensuring that internal and external reporting obligations are met. They will
play a key role in supporting development of key performance reports to help inform senior
managers and the board of operational performance.
