Lead Drupal DeveloperGlobal consultancy clientUp to £100k + BenefitsHybrid remote with HQ's around the U.K A Global consultancy that partners with well-known clients around the world are looking to hire multiple Lead Drupal Developers to take the lead on a number of enterprise web projects. The successful candidate can work hybrid remote with some travel to other sites in the U.K.We are looking for candidates with the following experience:Solid background in PHP and Drupal development (Ideally architecting and developing Drupal applications)Experience of deploying and managing enterprise-scale applications on the Acquia Cloud platform.Demonstrable understanding and experience of developing digital architectures, including modern JavaScript applications, mobile architectures, cloud native architectures on key cloud platforms and headless/decoupled architecture patterns.Prior experience leading Agile onshore and offshore development teamsDevOps experience - including Configuration, environment, CI, deployment, test and release management.You'll be responsible for:Leading a cross functional development team that are responsible for delivering world class user experiences, building CMS solutions and bespoke web applications in Drupal.Take ownership of the technical delivery of components and solutions.Manage the continuous improvement of the in-house development processes, practices and tools that are used.Coach and mentor Junior and Senior developers within the team.The budget is up to £110k DOE basic salary + Generous benefit allowance for the right candidateThe client offer hybrid remote working, so please only apply if you are able and prepared to travel on occasions to the closet HQ to your home location.Deerfoot IT is a leading specialist recruitment business for the IT industry.
