What - IT Specialist - DBA & PL/SQL Where - UK wide, our client will offer a hybrid or remote model of working. When - Actively seeking appropriate profiles now. Why - World-renowned and leading logistics company looking for a database expert to drive their IT team forward. As an IT Specialist some of your responsibilities will be:Discover and define the problem statement before evaluating potential solutions and making recommendations.Troubleshoot database problems and carry out regular maintenance.Re-factor code when needed to meet ever evolving design requirements.Required/Desirable Skills:
Experience and in-depth knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).Strong SQL/PSQL writing and debugging skills.Knowledge of MSSQL would be great but not required.Powershell scripting is also a plus.If you think you this role would be a great fit or would like to discuss other IT roles, It would be great to speak to you.
