THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a new EMEA Digital Lead to work on a very exciting, global, disruptive, entertainment client account. This is an opportunity to work within a team that has been custom built around the client needs to support the next era of entertainment. With a remit of designing solution-oriented, revenue-generating products, you will pay a key role in leading highly strategic client opportunities whilst driving the relationships with existing client leadership. The key focus is on continued success and growth for the client.
   
Key responsibilities include: Lead the digital, data and tech teams who provide consultancy directly to the client, as well as lead the Digital activation team. Maintain strong relationships with agency leadership, client teams and market practice leads to maximise project opportunities. Develop proposals for end-to-end future focused solutions. Ensure the delivery of best-in-class data and tech consultancy across EMEA, leading to the contribution of the overall vision and successful implementation of the service. Drive excellence in digital campaign planning covering all aspects, including but not limited to, audience identification and segmentation and media plan recommendations. Lead data governance, ad operations, reporting and advanced audience strategy teams. Identify and build strong relationships within emerging tech and strategic partnership experts. Oversee the delivery of operational services in data and technology, covering the provision of reputing solutions and audience segments via the Client's DMP. Drive integration between strategy, data and tech operations, along with the digital hub that delivers digital campaigns across EMEA. Ensure the digital hub operations are error free and deliver valuable campaign insights. Identify best practices and continues to improve digital planning quality. Establish credibility as a central source of data and tech consultancy trends. Examples include; Blockchain, Metaverse and Autonomous Vehicles. Develop the go-to business resource for EMEA around emerging tech opportunities, markets and consumers within the brand. Consult on client challenges and identify opportunities to increase the company's share of investment whilst driving adoption of proprietary solutions. Monitor the evolving marketplace and collaborate closely with practice leads to ensure marketplace POVs address client concerns. Drive the best practice of execution and excellence for the Digital Hub. Ensure seamless delivery of the Hub and drive a proactive leadership to deliver the value and benefits story of a hub model. Oversee deployment and adoption of the company reporting suite to ensure it is the single source of truth for data for all campaign performance. Oversee the relationship, maintenance and management of all ad tech solutions procured by the client. Identify advertising and marketing technology gaps to identify improvements and solutions that drive growth. Explore start-up innovations to systemically support the client in ‘lab' models of perpetual and cyclical trails to explore growth through technology. Identify and liaise with leading vendors to provide innovation solutions through participation in beta tests. Work closely with the Consulting Team, leverage media maturity results and implement solutions to help advance data driven marketing maturity. THE PERSON
Our client is looking for a highly credible, strategically focused leader with experience designing digital transformation solutions for clients, advising on business strategy, technology, customer and adaptation. You will be a future facing and driven problem solver and decision maker. Pro-active, action oriented and eager to get your hands dirty to solve problems creatively, impactfully, and swiftly.
Comfortable dealing with a broad range of senior stakeholders internally, client side and supplier side. You will be a truly inspiring, visionary thought leader and innovator, who drives transformation for success.
   
Essential Requirements include:
   
                     At least 10 year´s experience within a digital leadership position in a media/digital agency or global brand.
                     International/global market knowledge.
                     Deep knowledge in advertising technologies, including; DMPs, CDPs, journey orchestration platforms, clean room solutions, ad servers, DSPs, ad exchanges, cross-device tracking technologies, site optimisation platforms, website analytics tools, dynamic creative optimisers, data modelers and browsers.
                     Expert understanding of the standard workflows and metrics involved in digital planning and activation including how to traffic campaigns, calculate costs (CPM, CPC, CPA), and measure performance (ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPA, AOV, RPV, Conversion Rate).
                     Excellent client relationship management and proven talent leadership ability, with exceptional influencing skills.
                     Outstanding verbal and written communication.
                     Proven record of winning pitches and significant experience of organic growth.
   
   
This position is offering up to £110k inc. for the right candidate. A hybrid-based working model, with 2 days in the office, but with flexibility around business needs.
