Data Protection Business Analyst | ContractLocation: London - Hybrid Role Duration: 6 months Day Rate: £190 per day IR35 Status: InsideWe are looking for a data analyst or business analyst to work on a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of CCPA and GDPR, and be a quick learner with the ability to adapt quickly. The role will involve working closely with Data and Privacy Ops teams, and partnering with other cross functional departments including Legal, CSO, Product, Technology and Operations.This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with some experience of compliance or business analysis to work with a fantastic multi-national enterprise in the entertainment industry.Responsibilities:Review policiesDSAR/IRR reportingGDPR/Data ProtectionManage and maintain DSAR/IRR logsSupporting the full life cycle of DSAR/IRR requestsImplementation of new privacy regulationsEnsure all assigned DSARs/IRRs are completed within agreed timeframesProduce reports and information summaries on completed DSARs/IRRsKeep up to date with changes in data protection law and regulationsCollating, updating and reviewing data processing activities and mappingCarrying out data protection monitoring activities and producing plans for the businessExperience Required:Microsoft ExcelGDPR/Data ProtectionStrong analytical skillsKnowledge of CCPA and GDPRAdvanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience in a privacy/data protection related field1-2 years previous Data Analyst or Business Analyst experienceHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbout you Data Analyst or Business AnalystKnowledge and experience of fulfilling DSAR/IRR requestsAbility to prioritise in a fast-paced organisationAbility to work independently yet also be a strong team playerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically, assess risks and explain potential consequencesDemonstrate a good understanding of processes, systems and policiesThe ideal candidate will be energetic, meticulously organised, have good communications skills, and be able to balance multiple concurrent activities. You will have some experience working as a business analyst or data analyst and have experience working in GDPR and Data Protection. Please note: This is a hybrid role, where you'll be required on-site around 2-3 times per week.
