Technical Requirement & Responsbilities Requirements gatheringStakeholder managementGood knowledge of telco billing operations for both fixed and mobile services, their will report to lead BA weekly on progress.Billing and InvoiceCharging/Rating and Mediation - this needs to be someone experience in this areaDICE Analysis - Current billing systems needs to undergo an analysis review to understand what functions are performed there today and understand the to-be view of existing capabilities. Some work has been done on this to date but will require someone with a billing background and ability to work independently.
