Service Delivery Manager | Remote | 6 Months + extension | INSIDE IR35 Jefferson Frank are proud to be continuously supporting an established consultancy in pursuit for an SC CLEARED Service Delivery Manager for a government client. You will take full ownership for the successful delivery of a complex and wide-ranging service contract, or a portfolio of contracts for the client. NON-NEGOTIABLE: Must have an active and transferable Security Clearance! PLEASE NOTE: Some days Knowledge Transfer on site over first 3 weeks in Liverpool (travel expensed), once fully trained fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

* Successful delivery of one or more complex and wide-ranging services. This could be achieved as one or more work-streams of similar size and scope within a larger service or portfolio of service where they have full responsibility for their service(s) and are part of the senior leadership team.

* Owning all aspects of the service contract(s) and reporting progress and status.

* Managing the delivery of the service within the context of the SBU/BU financial and operational drivers.

* Understanding, challenging and working effectively within commercial parameters

* Delivering the planned business outcomes for the BU and the client(s).

* Managing the client relationship.

* Securing additional business

* Managing the planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting for the service. Ensuring that the underlying process and outputs are applicable and relevant throughout the lifecycle of the service.

* Pro-actively identifying and managing changes and potential changes (including those triggered by external forces).

* Gaining full stakeholder engagement and commitment for the business and commercial outcomes, and effectively managing ambiguity.

* Exploiting deep knowledge of the client's business strategy, and the market in which they are operating, to shape and deliver wide-ranging/sustainable service improvements.

* Articulating and managing high-level and high-impact risk. Establishing and maintaining an appropriate risk-management culture throughout the service delivery team, and with other senior stakeholders.
