Product Owner, several jobs available, must have recent experience working in Financial Services / Life Assurance / Insurance / Pensions / Asset Management or Fund Management.My client is a Financial Services company with a development house that build products used by both internal and external customers.

Be involved in evolving their products and platform by understanding their business, their products, helping to design new features, and improving communications and collaboration inside your leading engineering team and across their organisation.Exp as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst for minimum 2 years. Proficiency in prototyping/design, iterative development.Understanding of Agile principles

Successfully driving end-to-end delivery of software solutions

Delivering software solutions with a client-first mindset

Using tooling to manage work (Backlog, Stories, Epics, Scrum etc)

Tools to develop screen mocks (eg Balsamiq)

Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence) is preferred

Work with the Product Management team to create and maintain a product backlog according to agreed priorities

Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product

Analyse, prioritise stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

Work with the Engineering team to design new features and improvements

Create clear stories with clear use-cases, acceptance criteria, screen mocks, tasks, estimates

Ensure the Engineering team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Project, Release, and Sprint Goals for your product
