2nd Line Engineer role

Central London - Hybrid

£28,000 - £32,000 + Holiday + Pension + Training

The company are a highly successful law firm based in Central London and due to prolonged growth they are now looking for a 2nd Line support engineer to join their IT team.

In this role you will be supporting the hardware and software used by the company whilst also providing general IT support to their London offices. This is a hybrid role, and you will need to be in the Central London Office 3 days of the week.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year's experience in providing IT systems support within a large law firm or professional services. You will also need great communication skills which will excel in a customer service environment.

The role:Monitoring calls on the IT service desk and responding to allocated calls, ensuring users are supported efficiently.Supporting hardware such as PC's, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers etc Doing floor walking to ensure support any individuals problems, tasks, and work-related issues Supporting different software's the company uses such as Microsoft office, Adobe, Windows 10, iManage and more

The person:Experience working in a law or professional environment would be beneficial Able to communicate at all levels and be approachable A minimum of 2 year experience working a 1st Line / 2nd Line role Customer service focused attitude
