The Data Science Analyst's role is responsible for modeling complex organizational problems, discovering organizational insights, and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, data-mining, and visualization techniques. In addition to advanced analytic skills, this role is also proficient at integrating and preparing large, varied database sets, computing environments, and communicating results.

Role & ResponsibilitiesWork with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areasLead applied analytic initiatives that are leveraged across the breadth of our core for financial servicesResearch, design, implement and validate data-mining solutions to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomesProvide expertise on data analysis concepts for the analytic team and inspire the adoption of advanced analytics and data sciences across the entire breadth of our organization

Skills & QualificationsThis position would minimally requires a bachelor's degree in mathematics, applied statistics or computer science, or related quantitative field required, along with Certification in Data Analytic or accredited Certified Data Science Analyst, is preferred.Three to five years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytic experience.Experience modeling org problems, insights, and identifying opportunities for a business using data-mining, visualization techniques, and statistical/algorithmic.Experience with Python preferred but will look at RExperience with Tableau or/and PowerBIFamiliar with map reduction such as Hadoop, Hive, or other big data frameworks.Experience with Big Data frameworksExposure to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Benefits401k matchedPension PlanHealth, Dental, VisionExtensive PTO Furthering career advancement opportunities Remote ONLY for NY, NJ, and PA residents!
