An established charitable organisation are looking for a passionate Data Manager to support on the delivery of a brand-new data strategy as they look to become increasingly data-driven. They operate a hybrid working model - their office is near Victoria in Central London, and they are looking for someone to come into the office 2 days per week.This role sits within the Information Management & Technology Team, reporting into the Senior System & Data Manager. You will work together to deliver a new data strategy, whilst also line managing a Data Co-ordinator and liaising with other Managers across the business as part of a highly collaborative team.You will be involved in the creation of a brand-new data warehouse and data lake environment, whilst working with the latest tools including Power BI and Dynamics 365.Key responsibilities will include: The ongoing delivery of the data strategy and governance framework, ensuring that insight and business value is generated from their dataCreating and managing robust data quality monitoring and auditing frameworks to continuously improve data quality across all teamsCreating a data governance framework, and developing policies for effective data handling and managementSupporting the training and development needs of the wider team, and deliver continuous data best-practice training to the wider organisationRequirements: Essential: Strong data governance and data quality experience - including implementing frameworks, policies & processesEssential: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDesirable: Experience with Dynamics, Power BI and AzureThis is a permanent role paying up to £45,000 depending upon experience.
