Job Title: Quality and Export Compliance Officer Location: Alton Salary: CompetitiveJob type: Full Time, permanent, 09.00 - 17.30 (Mon-Thurs) - Fri. 9.00-14.30The Ex-El Group is combination of the US and UK divisions of Ex-Eltronics and sister MRO provider, Midway Industrial Electronics. We are not sponsoring Visa's at this time, so please refrain from applying unless eligible to work in the UK.The Candidate:Experience is necessary in one core discipline (Quality or Export compliance) and we are seeking an individual who is a quick learner with a strong desire to add to their existing core skill set. Primary skills and experience should include:An understanding of the importance of compliance in the aerospace / military industry would be an advantageExperience in implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards and compliance within an organisationStrong PC, written and communications skills essentialProcess driven, logical thinkingAttention to detail is essentialA strong team-worker, willing to multi-task and get stuck inThe role would suit an ambitious individual willing to work including some multi-tasking within the existing established team in a small but developing business and a possible opportunity to assume similar responsibilities at group level.
