NAV ERP Systems Analyst - Buffalo, NY - $110k - RemoteA Dynamics NAV end user in the food manufacturing sector is rapidly growing and moving into new industry sectors through a series of acquisitions and strategic partnerships. With this expansion comes an increased investment in their IT infrastructure, and are in need of an ERP Systems Analyst for their NAV system.The company has been working with NAV for several years, but is now looking to upgrade to the latest version of D365 Business Central. While working with their Information Systems team, this Systems Analyst will be responsible for working with users across finance, production, and distribution units on gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and designing a new system the accomplishes functional goals.This is the opportunity to work on an exciting, challenging project and gain new experience with the latest in Microsoft technologies while working with a team of seasoned ERP professionals.Responsibilities: Work with IS business partners to deliver select change requests requiring configuration.Test changes to ensure quality; correctly resolve issues and deliver required functionality.Assist in new system implementations and integrations, i.e., design, execution, testing and documentation.Understand the business processes supported by the system.Monitor and resolve issues related to business systems, integration between applications (ERP, WMS, web, etc.), processing jobs, data integrity, improper user actions, degradation of performance, etc.Address root cause of failures or warnings, suggest and implement redesigns needed driving towards continuous improvement and reduction of reactive work.Provide user support across multiple business applications answering questions, providing resolution, or escalating and tracking until resolved.Coordinate and manage vendor resources providing support and escalated issue resolution for prompt turn around.What We're Looking For:An experienced NAV or Business Central professional with a background as a Business Analyst, ERP Admin, Functional Consultant, or Project ManagerERP implementation experience, especially with creating SOPs, documentation, and collaborating with super users in accounting and operations teamsExperience in user support, troubleshooting, and trainingA background in food manufacturing or consumer products is preferredExcellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects effectivelyWhat You'll Receive:Up to $110k base salaryBonus potentialFull benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)Excellent PTO planAmazing Career growth potentialFun team, considered one of the top places to work in this industryWant to learn more?
