Data/Business Analyst - Stockholm - FinTech companyMy client is a marketplace for consumer and business loans, secured loans, credit cards, and mortgages. They provide digital services to ensure these loan applications can be fully online, giving their end customers a complete overview of their alternatives, and allowing them to choose the best suitable option.You will not only have the responsibilities of a classic Data Analyst, but you will be a proactive business developer who works with data and has the skills to drive ideas forward across the business. You will have a passion for working with data, but also have strong communication skills as you will be connecting with lots of stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Answering business questions by immersing yourself in large amounts of dataExplain the data to other parts of the business and stakeholders, after visualising it using different toolsCollaborate with colleagues in areas such as Machine Learning, BI, Marketing, Product and Partnership, CRM, and Customer ServiceBe a part of projects that work cross-functionally with major strategic changes and initiativesDevelop practical insights and create business valueRequirements:Experience with predictive modelling, visualisation, and business impactExperience communicating with stakeholders and collaborating with other parts of the businessTableau (or an equivalent visualisation tool)Swedish speakingThey have a great company culture and go away on company trips to see people from different countries, and generally have a younger age range of employees.
