What you will bring...

You will be responsible for providing 2nd/3rd line technical support and system administration tasks for services within the remit of Application Support to ensure timely analysis and resolution of application-related incidents, problems, and service requests.

Additionally, you will be responsible for undertaking fault analysis, impact assessment, problem management, and the planning, design and delivery of service management changes and improvements.

CQC are currently working through an organisational transformation programme which includes the creation of a new target operating model. This role is offered as a fixed term contract as part of the transition process to that new model.
