Up to £95,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Part remote We are seeking talented Java Developer 's to join a global Tech Firm specialising in big data and messaging services within the global financial sector. Their Java systems/platforms are highly distributed worldwide to top-tier banks, and financial institutions whilst recently expanded to well-known social media teams like Whatsapp and Facebook.The company has just gone through an extensive redefining of product requirements and enhancements, focussing on the scalability of its Data projects. You as the Java Developer will be brought on to develop these brand new features and enhancements to their systems. As the Java Developer, you'll assist in architectural decisions for Microservices deployments, as well as being hands-on for their on-premise cloud deployments. We are offering the Java Developer:Greenfield development projects on Java applications, in a Core Java environmentDocker and Kubernetes containerisation for the design and implementation of their Microservice architectureExposure to Big Data tooling with MongoDB, NOSQL, Hadoop, Cassandra and Kafka/ RabbitMQ messaging.The Java Developer will be joining an established team and are very passionate for TDD and clean code practices - you'll help write unit and integration tests for your code.The company is highly established and reputable with over 800 employees and offices across 8 cities worldwide. They are looking to grow the London team substantially, as this is their new UK and EU headquarters with plans to hire 15+ more Java Developer by the end of the quarter - there is a lot of room for career progression.
