CRM Support Analyst (1st/ 2nd line) - Up to £30k - Lisburn (N.I), Peterborough, Glasgow Actively seeking a Software Support Analyst who is looking to work with an innovative and ambitious company that provides business efficiencies through Digital Transformation. My client is working with some of the UK and Ireland's biggest brands to provide them with the best-in-class services. They are currently looking to hire a CRM Support Analyst. As the CRM Support Analyst, you will provide excellent helpdesk support across their product portfolio through engaging regularly with the clients, resolving helpdesk incidents, and working with colleagues to meet the business needs. This is an incredible opportunity for you to showcase your knowledge and skills to a market leader and work on a variety of exciting new development projects across their group. The role will require the successful candidate to travel to one of their offices 1-2 times a week. Key Responsibilities Resolving the incoming helpdesk tickers using the appropriate method Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth client experience when projects are completed and passed to support Manage effective vendor and partner relationships Proactively deliver ongoing client service improvement by engaging regularly with clients and be the escalation point for all client issuesSkills and Qualifications Previous hands-on experience with a ticket management system Experience working in a helpdesk support team At least 1-year experience of working with an applications support system (CRM)Strong communication skills Why is this company different?
