Nigel Frank are an international agency that has grown to be one of the most-trusted tech recruitment partners to a wide range of businesses across Sweden. To learn more about this opportunity, reach out to Ed Clark on LinkedIn who is responsible for this advert. You can also reach him at [email protected]. The Company:I've begun working with a forward-thinking fintech company based in Stockholm to shortlist candidates for their vacancy in the development team for .NET developers. The company provide financial services to a range of customers from the individual up to large institutions. They specialise in areas such as insurance, pensions, wealth management, HR and payroll, using high-quality market analysis to provide their customers with data-driven, informative advice on money management. They have been around for just under 20 years and have over 3,000 people working there. They aim to grow across Europe and wider in the coming years and occupy a strong financial position to invest in their future. The company retains the same leadership team from their outset, meaning that they retain a start-up feel while simultaneously benefitting from their success in terms of revenue and financial muscle. The company's culture is one of collaboration, teamwork, and trust, which is fed right the way throughout the business by the CEO and founder. The Role:They are looking for .NET developers to expand their tech team to help scale the business as it grows over the coming years. The teams are split into core teams and edge teams who work on different areas of the business. Edge teams focus on different parts of the products such as the greenfield development of new features with a small amount of maintaining the pre-existing systems. Core teams develop the central function of the product which is mostly if not all greenfield development. You can chop and change between teams to explore different technical environments and work with different teams - everyone is using the same kind of tools with small changes so you'll always have a core focus on .NET with different elements added. This gives you the chance to explore exciting opportunities and build on the skills and experience you'd bring into the role.Requirements and CompensationYou'll need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience of .NET/C# and .NETCore. Prior work with Angular or React is preferable, while experience with Azure would also be beneficial to your application. Our client allow fully remote working as standard, though their offices are based in central Stockholm. Alongside the salary, a wealth of benefits are provided including a 10% pension, wellness allowance, training, insurance, flexible working hours, and 25 days holiday. To apply for this position, send your CV via this portal or email it to [email protected] Alternatively, you can reach out to Ed Clark on LinkedIn to learn more regarding this position or others which are available at Nigel Frank.
