IT Support Engineer London to £40k
IT Support Engineer (Windows Office365). Are you a bright, ambitious IT Support Engineer with a good knowledge of Windows and Office365 looking for an opportunity to progress your career, whilst continually learning and gaining new skills?
You could be joining a global media brand that provides a range of services from live sports streaming to video on demand.
As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for supporting internal users in the Chiswick office, troubleshooting issues on desktop hardware, software and mobile devices, providing 1st and 2nd line support via a ticketing system. You will also perform preliminary server administration, manage network connectivity and get involved with other project based work such as deploying and supporting new technologies.
You will join a small, friendly and supportive team in the West London or Old Street offices; please note you will be required to be office based 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700; there is no-call.
Requirements:
You have commercial experience in an IT / Technical Support role
You have a good working knowledge of Windows and Office 365
You're collaborative, enthusiastic and keen to learn
You have excellent communication / customer service skills
You're degree educated or have equivalent experience
