Your Skills: Advanced level skills supporting Microsoft SQL Server based web applications, with good written and spoken English. Having successfully launched FINIO, a new data hub, connecting investment platforms with the many software systems used by financial advisers, Sprint are expanding to support their growing business. The SQL Data Support Analyst Role: As a past winner of the most disruptive financial sector technology award, we are rapidly forging an enviable reputation across the industry. This is an opportunity for an experienced support engineer to work alongside our software development team supporting all aspects of our core solutions, including external data feed integration, new customer provisioning and smooth day to day operation of our web based financial reporting platform. The challenges of the last 24 months have only increased the need for the services that we provide; and allowed us to create new roles that allow for fully remote working. Your location is not a barrier to working for us as long as you are able to work from home. What you'll need to succeed in this role: + Previous experience of supporting multi tenanted web applications built on Microsoft ASP.NET/SQL Server technology.
+ Comfortable running Microsoft SQL queries to investigate data issues and tweaking HTML / CSS to customise report settings.
+ Excellent first line trouble-shooter and communicator.
+ Able to deal directly and sensitively with customer queries.
+ Remain calm under pressure. Additional useful skills and experience These include: + Knowledge of the financial services sector, particular wealth management and Independent Financial Adviser software systems.
+ Creating internal and customer facing support knowledgebase articles.
+ A willingness to grow your role with our expanding business, potentially moving into a second line or team leading role in future.
