They are a multi-disciplinary company and have numerous projects at design, management and completion stage. Following continue growth through the division in both the private and public sector, they now require a junior or assistant QS to help them meet their business objectives.

In this role you will undertake surveying and projects management duties throughout the project lifecycle, providing estimates and tender documentation, progress reports and cost planning for future projects. You will work across a range of sectors, from affordable housing, to healthcare and private developments. The company have a dedicated APC assessor who will support your journey to chartership.

*Full APC sort and progression to Chartership

*Acting on private/public sector, multi-million pound projects across a range of sectors

*Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role

*Desire to progress to Chartership

*Previous experience in a similar role
