1st Line Support / IT Support Analyst

c. £25,000 (plus generous benefits)

CGP's the UK's No. 1 educational publisher, operating across several sites on the southern edge of the Lake District. We've invested heavily in IT infrastructure as the company's grown - our inhouse team now supports around 300 employees.

As IT Support Analyst you'll be part of a small but busy team based in Millom. You'll:

- Own and resolve 1st line ICT issues (assisting with 2nd and 3rd line)
- Investigate and solve problems
- Undertake hardware/software changes
- Maintain systems documentation

You'll already have some Helpdesk and Windows server experience and be ready for the next step up in your career. It goes without saying that you'll have a solid understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 - but your brilliant customer services skills will be just as important.

To succeed in this permanent, full time 1st line support role, you'll also need to be:

- Enthusiastic and keen, with a real curious mind
- A great communicator and a real team player
- Empathetic to customer needs
- Driven - always seeking to improve

As you'll be working across several sites, a full driving licence is essential.
